Under the transition of society,the number of migrant pre-school children growing as the days passed,some of them would encounter all sorts of problems in the unfamiliar surroundings.Moreover,under the innovation of social governance system,to activate social organization,encourage and support social organization participate in social public service are necessary.Social worker with professional skills is a huge team in social organizations,their positive intervention is very important.The writer did an internship at H kindergarten over two months.Under the help of interviewing method and observational method,The writer did an investigation at H kindergarten,and found some problems the migrant pre-school children encountered.The living community of migrant pre-school children called “Village within City”,which has poor infrastructure and under great hidden danger,also,those children occupied less community resources.Kindergartens lack of teachers,and teachers always attach great importance to primary-oriented education instead of quality-oriented education.Additionally,the comprehensive condition of migrant pre-school children's family is poor,with low society-compatibility,and children are deficient in self-protection awareness.The activity conducting of life education is imperative in both soft environment and hard environment.Specifically,this research guided by game theory,experiential learning theory and theory of personality development,applying social group work,providing professional services for 8 migrant pre-school children who were in urgent need of life education,for the sake of enhancing children's self-protective ability,capacity to love and cognitive ability for life.Thereby,the life quality of children would be improved,and promoted the cultivation of children's good personality.The life education group was divided into three–stage process,and designed 8 times activities.During the process of practical research,according to the standard operating procedure of social group work,the writer evaluated the problems and demands of group members,made the overall program of life education group,designed specific activity plan,implemented group activities,observed the performance of children and made a record at the same time.Meanwhile,the writer did some assessments and reflection properly,adjusted the contents of activity and group setting.Lastly,making an outcome assessment for the whole intervention process.This study enriched the contents of group work,and found the unique advantages of life education group work,which is a positive attempt of kindergarten social work.The writer also makes a deep reflection on the basis of practical work.Research reflections are as follows: Firstly,Role ambiguity and intervention technique of social worker.Secondly,the difference of various aspects ability-ascend for group members in life education group work.Thirdly,replication and promotion of life education group.Fourth,the importance of parents' involvement in life education group.Fifth,the consistency of education concepts among teachers,parents and social workers.Sixth,the necessity and strategy of social work localized development in kindergarten.
