Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Archives Management From The Perspective Of Talent Training In Colleges And Universities

The management of archives is carried out around the three links of "receiving,managing and using" archives.The ultimate purpose of archives management of archives resources is to provide available information resources for social development..In the Internet era,the research around "electronic archives" and "monorail system" around the two links of "receiving" and "managing" of archives has emerged one after another.there is relatively little discussion on the external service function of archives resources,the importance of archives in colleges and universities is still lack of understanding,and the educational function of archives is insufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to take the development of archival resources in colleges and universities as the starting point,based on the perspective of talent training in colleges and universities to carry out research on the management of archival resources in colleges and universities.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper further clarifies the concepts of "talent training" and "archives resources" and the related important theories and research status,summarizes and analyzes the objectives of talent training in colleges and universities,and the factors that affect the quality of talent training in colleges and universities,and then obtains the basic situation,development and utilization methods and existing development and utilization results of Chongqing C University archives by means of interviews.Combined with the results of questionnaire survey,this paper puts forward the problems of archives management based on the perspective of talent training in colleges and universities,analyzes on the causes of the related problems,and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the problems of archives management based on personnel training.In view of the related problems,combined with the staff’s demand for the use of archives education,this paper puts forward seven countermeasures to optimize archives management from the perspective of talent training in colleges and universities:(1)to improve and implement the management system.(2)to strengthen publicity and education to improve the awareness of the use of educational archives;(3)to optimize the structure of talents and enhance the strength of the team;(4)to optimize collection resources and enhance the strength of information technology.(5)to grasp the demand for the utilization of educational archives and improve the level of service;(6)to identify the key issues of educational work and to develop educational archives;(7)to develop a variety of display forms to promote the diversification of archives utilization.
