Research On Construction Of The Media And Information Literacy Instruction System In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous emergence of new media,media and information have become important factors to promote the development of information society.High media and information literacy is the key to people's work,study and life in the informatization and knowledge-based society.It is also an important path to build a learning society.College students are the main force of the country's future development,and its level of MIL has a direct impact on the future economic and social development of the country.Colleges and universities should take responsibility and try to cultivate talents with good MIL in order to meet the development and needs of the information age.However,the current MIL education of domestic colleges and universities is lagging behind,especially the problem of MIL education of students in the large vocational colleges.Therefore,it is very important to explore the MIL education system based on higher vocational colleges.on the basis of a large number of literature research and analysis,the paper defines the connotation,evolution and related concepts of MIL education,and then discusses the related theories of MIL education.The present situation of Mil education at home and abroad was investigated by means of literature investigation,network investigation,reference research and comprehensive induction.It is found that compared with the development level of MIL education in foreign universities and some excellent universities in China,the MIL education in higher vocational colleges in China has some shortcomings in the aspects of development consciousness,way,teacher training,application of information technology,and so on.Based on this,this paper puts forward the construction of MIL education system suitable to the actual situation of higher vocational colleges in our country,and makes a deep research on the construction goal,construction principle,construction content,implementation framework and construction countermeasure of MIL education system.The MIL education system in higher vocational colleges attaches importance to the integrity and gradation of system design,pays attention to the organic connection of various elements within the system,emphasizes the background of the system design,international standards,Chinese elements and higher vocational characteristics,emphasizes the leading role of the library and the collaboration between library and teaching department and other departments,The system is divided into 3 parts of curriculum system,evaluation system and guarantee system,and it is an organic ecosystem to cultivate students ' MIL.The construction of Mil education system in higher vocational colleges is of great practical significance to promote the reform of information literacy education in higher vocational colleges,promote mil education status and improve the mil level of higher vocational college students.
