In the global information age,information literacy,as the basic literacy to promote people's independent learning,problem-solving and knowledge innovation,has achieved consensus in the world,and has carried out extensive exploration and in-depth research.China's education modernization issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council 2035 and the implementation plan for accelerating the modernization of Education(2018-2022)as well as the action plan for educational informatization 2.0 issued by the Ministry of education clearly indicate that it is necessary to fully understand the important role of improving information literacy in the implementation of the goal of Building Morality and cultivating innovative talents,and develop an evaluation index system for students' information literacy.In conclusion,based on the evaluation of information literacy at home and abroad,this paper studies the information literacy level of vocational college students as an important part of higher education in China.The evaluation system of information literacy has been established scientifically and objectively,the mathematical model of the evaluation system of information literacy has been established,and the special empirical analysis has been carried out.This paper consists of six parts.The first chapter describes the research background,purpose and significance,the research status,research content and innovation of information literacy at home and abroad.The second chapter is the related concepts and methods of information literacy evaluation of vocational college students.The third chapter is about the construction of the information literacy evaluation index system of higher vocational college students,including the construction principles,characteristics and main contents of the information literacy evaluation index system framework.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the evaluation index system.Questionnaire survey is used to distribute and recycle the questionnaire generated by the four level indicators of the evaluation system,and to analyze the overall level of information literacy of vocational college students and the evaluation of each sub dimension.The fifth chapter compares the differences of information literacy of Vocational College Students under different basic attributes and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the information literacy level of vocational college students.The sixth chapter is the summary and Prospect of this paper and points out the further research direction.This study constructs an information literacy evaluation index system including three levels of indicators for students in higher vocational colleges,and further modifies and improves the evaluation index system for students by using AHP to give weight.Although the evaluation index system proposed in this paper has many shortcomings,it still provides some reference for the further improvement of the evaluation system of information literacy of higher vocational college students.
