The paper conducted interviews with the relevant personnel of three privately compulsory schools and the head of the educational department in Guangzhou,which is based on the studying of the classified management policy,in order to find out the actual developments and the existing problems of privately compulsory education in Guangzhou which is after the implementation of the classified management.Based on the analysis and discussion of the relevant regulations of the classified management,I have put forward some suggestions in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the privately compulsory education.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter expounds the reasons,research purpose and significance of the topic,as well as the literature review,research content and methods,the focus,difficulties and innovation of the research,and defines and discusses the core concepts and theoretical foundations involved in this study.The second chapter introduces the management methods and regulations of private schools at home and abroad,and summarizes some policies that are worthy of reference,comparing and analyzing the relevant regulations in China's classified management,and finally points out the developing trend of the privately compulsory education.The third chapter is the interview of three privately compulsory schools and the relevant personnel of the educational department in Guangzhou which is after the implementation of the classified management.Through this interview survey we can reveal the developing situation of privately compulsory education in Guangzhou and compare the relevant regulations in this field.This interview has discovered several problems in the development of privately compulsory education: the problems of registration,financial supervision,property rights,teachers 'rights and interests protection,etc.The fourth chapter focuses on the problems of the privately compulsory education after the classified management,and some suggestions are being put forward on the current classified management from the aspects of legal personality,property right system,financial accounting system,autonomy of running a school,teachers 'rights and interests protection,etc.,in order to contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of the privately compulsory education.
