Learning to learn is one of the manifestations of Chinese students’ development of core qualities.In the new era,Chinese students must gradually develop the ability to adapt to the lifelong learning needs of a learning society.The evaluation of the development of students’ learning ability is a relatively effective way to test whether the school’s training objectives are achieved or not.The evaluation of students’ learning ability in high school ideological and political classes is conducive to the establishment of the evaluation system of "stimulating students’ development and promoting teachers’improvement".However,there are still many imperfections in the process of evaluating the specific learning ability of students.This paper mainly elaborates the main problems and causes of the current students’ learning ability evaluation of ideological and political classes in high schools,and puts forward corresponding solutions.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part mainly analyzes the meaning of the students’ learning ability in the high school ideological and political class and the necessity of their evaluation.The learning ability of high school ideological and political classes is an organic combination of learning ability and ideological and political disciplines.It is a concrete embodiment of students’ learning ability in ideological and political disciplines.The evaluation of it will help teachers understand the difficulties in student development,improve teaching activities,and achieve teaching goals.For students,it helps them to understand their own strengths and weaknesses in learning ability,solve problems in a targeted way,and promote the improvement of learning ability.The second part and the third part mainly analyze the many deviations and reasons of the evaluation of students’ learning ability in high school ideological and political classes.In the specific implementation process,due to the insufficient implementation of the concept of "promoting student development and promoting teacher improvement",the evaluation subject is not clear about why the learning ability is evaluated;and there is not enough theoretical preparation for the meaning and performance of student learning ability.Fully,the learning ability evaluation criteria are not objective and comprehensive,and the methods are not scientific;the evaluation subject is affected by the interference of the physiological,emotional,and knowledge systems,and the objectivity of the learning ability evaluation result;and the dynamic development of the learning ability,Evaluation information is not easy to collect,and evaluation is difficult to implement.The fourth part mainly analyzes the concrete measures to improve the students’learning ability evaluation in high school ideological and political classes.It is necessary to clarify the purpose and principles of the evaluation of learning ability,establish the evaluation concept of "learning to learn" for the students,gradually improve the learning ability evaluation criteria,standardize the evaluation procedure,and form a systematic learning ability evaluation system,adopt multiple evaluation subjects and many This kind of evaluation channel continuously improves the way students’ learning ability is evaluated.The ideological and political examination questions must be skillful.While examining the basic knowledge,students must also demonstrate materials and examine the students’ dialectical thinking ability and the ability to integrate knowledge.
