In recent years, the community has adopted a series of governance measures in order to achieve a new pattern of social governance in the "sharing, building, and co-governance".However,in the current community governance, there are still problems such as low participation of the main part, slow development of the development of the public service model, insufficient self-reliant force of social organizations, and imperfect training mechanism for social work personnel. The solution of these problems requires the participation of multiple entities. As one of the main bodies of community governance, community residents have important implications for promoting community governance innovation. The article takes the residents' autonomy group in the old D property project in Wuhan as a case study.During the process of participating in the project, the problems found in the current autonomy group are focused on the lack of management norms, the single way to solve problems, and the low level of residents' participation and satisfaction and the unreasonable composition of the group members have hindered the further development of the group.Based on the above findings, the author takes the problem as the guide, takes the main elements, resource elements, and constraint conditions proposed in the "social symbiosis theory" as the theoretical support, and combines practical experience to explore the path for social work to intervene in community self-governance,which mainly includes governance environment, collaborative system and governance body.Firstly, the intervention of governance environment includes three aspects:the recognition of social work participation in the equal status of autonomy, the integration of social work concept with the red community concept of D community, and the creation of residents' participation atmosphere. The purpose is to improve the integration of social workers into the group while increasing the self-government group's identification of social work and self-responsibility,through the way of team members reconstructing, compensates for the insufficiency of residents' participation and the disadvantages of team exclusivity.Secondly, collaborative systems are mainly social work through the relationship system, service system, supervision system to improve the group's neighborhood relations, service models and supervision methods. The intervention process is mainly to improve the resident network, create good neighbor communities;and innovative service models.Introduce multi-party service resources for the team;create a supervisory system to assist the team in achieving standardized management. Finally, the main body of governance is to start from the whole community level, introduce social work into the community governance system, become one of the main bodies of community governance, establish a linkage structure with the community, and at the same time encourage the main body of governance in the community through two-way interaction between norms and practice.Promote the standardization of community governance and create a "resource-sharing" community platform to enable the community to achieve "co-governance" status.Based on this,it summarizes the significance of the autonomous group and puts forward professional reflection and research prospects.
