Study On Social Work Intervention In Community Residents' Environmental Autonomy

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is clearly proposed to speed up the development and construction of central cities in China and further promote the development of national urbanization.In order to fully realize the requirements of the 19 th CPC National Congress on national development,a series of measures to promote urban construction have been put forward,which reflects the great efforts made by our country in urban construction.The basic composition of the city unit community,more and more become the top priority of urban development.As an important part of community development construction,resident autonomy has decisive significance in community development construction.Based on the S community corridor autonomy revolution in Jinan,this paper applies the theory of regional development model and advantage perspective,and applies the professional community work method to realize the concrete practice of social work intervening in community residents' environmental autonomy.In the process of practice,we advocate the residents' extensive participation and build the community governance pattern of "co-construction,co-governance and sharing" to study the practice of community residents' autonomy in environmental aspects.This paper is divided into four parts,and the clue theory is the first part,which summarizes the study status of community residents ' autonomy and community environmental governance at home and abroad.The second part is the environmental autonomy of S community residents,mainly including the basic situation and environmental situation,and analyzes the series of environmental autonomy.The third part is the practice of social work intervention community residents environmental autonomy,including intervention necessity and feasibility analysis,according to the social work intervention target analysis social workers in the early,middle and later stages,with the background of the community characteristics,from the three aspects of propaganda,regulation and evaluation,the research results can provide reference for other community residents environmental autonomy.The fourth part is the social work,through social work intervention satisfaction and initiative,corridor autonomy consciousness and autonomy behavior positive change,promote community governance process and improve the professional ability of social workers,and make experience summary research conclusion,analyze the advantages and limitations of social work in the practice of environmental autonomy,to arouse the author's thinking,and put forward the corresponding suggestions.
