Research On Improving The Self-governance Ability Of Community Residents Through Group Social Work Under The Guidance Of Party Buildin

Against the backdrop of continuous innovation and improvement in China’s social governance system,the issue of party building leading grassroots governance has increasingly attracted academic attention.From the perspective of party building,the connotations and implementation approaches of political guidance,organizational guidance,ability guidance,and mechanism guidance are hot topics of concern.From the perspective of social work,how relevant entities of grassroots governance can participate in community construction with both vitality and order is a problem that everyone focuses on researching.Social work has systematic and effective working methods,and party building work has strict and standardized systems.How to organically combine the two,leverage their respective advantages,and solve the relevant issues faced in the process of party building leading grassroots governance has become the logical starting point of this study.This article takes T Community in Changchun City as an example to study and explore how group work can effectively enhance the autonomy ability of community residents under the leadership of party building.During the research process,relevant information about group members was collected through interviews and questionnaire surveys.The needs of group members were carefully evaluated,service goals were reasonably set,and service plans were formulated in detail.Efforts were made to carry out research on improving the autonomy ability of community residents from the perspective of combining community party work and social work.Through research in T community,it was found that the lack of autonomy among community residents is mainly reflected in weak communication skills,low communication efficiency,poor work planning,and ineffective autonomy.In order to meet the needs of residents’ community autonomy,social workers,under the guidance of the Party’s mass work theory and Social cognitive theory,have carried out activities to improve the ability of residents’ autonomy,effectively pooled community resources to meet the needs of residents,returned to the concept of community empowerment,and improved the environment of community residents’ autonomy.Facts have proved that the effective combination of party building guidance and social work can achieve the effect that one plus one is more than two.Through the joint mechanism of party building guidance and social work governance at the grassroots level,we can gather new forces in community governance,fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of party members and comrades to drive residents to participate in community governance,improve the subjective initiative of residents’ autonomy,enhance cohesion,and become an ecological community for good governance.Further promote the modernization process of the national governance system under the leadership of the Party,which involves the collaboration and co governance of multiple entities,and achieve new practices in enhancing the autonomy ability of community residents under the leadership of Party building,promoting innovation in grassroots social governance.
