The psychological health education course for college students is of great significance to the physical and mental development of college students.As more and more attention has been paid to the psychological health of college students,many scholars have done research on the teaching methods,teaching objectives,teaching contents,and instructors of the course,hoping to improve the current difficulties of the course..In this context,this article adopts a qualitative research method from the student's point of view.It uses students as research objects to understand the students'perception and evaluation of the teaching background,as well as the subjective experience and the learning outcomes gained.It explores and summarizes.Factors that affect teaching effectiveness and specific content.This study first uses a questionnaire survey to initially understand the students'attitudes and overall evaluation of the college students' mental health education courses,and provides information for the formation of interview outlines.Then,12 freshmen freshmen who participated in the course of psychological health education for college students were interviewed,and qualitative analysis was conducted on the contents of the interview.The results show that:(1)The teaching effects of mental health education in college students mainly come from three aspects:cognition,emotion,and action.In terms of cognition,the students' mental health lessons mainly include understanding of mental health related knowledge and self-reflection.In terms of emotional emotions,students generally stated that this course was very relaxing and relaxed.In terms of behavior,it is manifested in the harmonious relationship with roommates and the strengthening of contact with parents.(2)For the factors influencing the teaching effect of mental health education,the influence comes from the four aspects of the teacher,the student himself,the nature of the course and the teaching environment.The students believe that the biggest decisive factor is themselves.Among them,the excellent personal characteristics of the instructors,the serious teaching attitude,the appropriate teaching methods,and the relevance to the student's real life in the choice of teaching content can be beneficial to the promotion of teaching effects.The empty,general,old-fashioned teaching content has a bad influence on teaching effectiveness.For students,the attitude to this course is an important factor influencing the effectiveness of teaching.Students have practical confusion or interest in teaching content will promote teaching effectiveness.Classroom interaction can improve students' sense of participation,increase investment in learning and improve teaching effectiveness.At the same time,students' after-school reflections will enhance their understanding of the content of the teaching.On the contrary,the low enthusiasm for the classroom will have an adverse effect on the effectiveness of teaching.In terms of curriculum,shorter curriculum settings and looser teaching management are not conducive to promoting teaching effectiveness.In terms of environment,large class teaching and peers' interference behaviors are all factors that interfere with teaching effectiveness.Serious statements from peers will,to a certain extent,arouse students' attention and thinking,and increase classroom participation..
