With the rapid development and application of the new generation of science and information technology represented by the mobile super Internet,logistics and transportation Internet,computer cloud computing,spatial big data and 5g,many education links in the field of education also have a huge impact,and also provide some safe and practical technical support for the creation of new teaching mode and the reform of education concept.The flipped classroom teaching mode came into being.Flipped classroom is to re plan and adjust the learning time inside and outside the classroom,so that the initiative of learning is transferred from teachers to students.With the help of the Internet platform,students can freely choose the learning time,place and content,and carry out the actual autonomous learning.As soon as this concept is put forward,it has attracted great attention all over the world.At the same time,it has completely subverted the traditional teaching methods in China.Moreover,the teaching mode of flipped classroom is also a very important part of the reform process of our education system.It has a large part of overlapping with many other teaching methods,such as blended learning,collaborative inquiry learning,and Intelligent Cloud class learning,and ultimately it is intended to stimulate students' potential initiative,improve their interest in learning,and make them participate actively in the process of interaction.Online learning,so as to improve the learning effect.Although this kind of teaching mode has become a bright banner of educational intelligence in China,the best effect of this mode is mainly reflected in science learning,but not in Humanities and social sciences.At the same time,the implementation of flipped classroom also depends on many objective conditions,such as the support of the network education environment platform;the audience group with certain knowledge base and learning ability and a high degree of autonomy;the change of teachers' education and teaching concept,etc.Therefore,the practice of flipped classroom in our country is still a long way to go.We need to invest a lot of energy,manpower and material resources to fully explore its essence and better serve our education system.College Students' mental health course is a required course,which aims to guide and help students to learn the basic knowledge of mental health and the importance of mental health,solve the psychological problems in real life,and finally improve the mental health level of college students.The teaching goal of the course is to popularize the knowledge related to mental health among college students,help them fully understand their own psychological development characteristics and life growth rules,and use the relevant psychological knowledge to solve the practical problems in life,so as to form a good interpersonal communication,communication and cooperation ability,and finally let each student have Healthy and sunny mentality,correct life values,love and marriage can find their own position in school and society.At present,the college mental health course focuses too much on theoretical teaching in terms of teaching form,and has not strong interaction with students,so the teaching effect is not good.As above,there is an urgent need to further reform the current classroom teaching methods.And the teaching goal of College Students' mental health course is more suitable to use the flipped classroom model.Based on these reasons,this study tries to explore the practical application and effect evaluation of flipped classroom teaching mode in the course of College Students' mental health,in order to provide positive evidence for the use of flipped classroom in domestic college classroom.By combing the literature of flipped classroom and making theoretical analysis,taking the course of College Students' mental health offered by the freshmen of Southwest University of science and technology as an example,180 college students of different majors and taking this course were randomly selected as the main object of this study.Through the design of four different themes,flipped teaching practice and evaluation were carried out on mental health course Test the actual effect of flipped classroom teaching in this course.After a semester,a total of 4 times,a total of 8 hours of control experimental research.The conclusions are as follows:? flipped classroom is good for improving the mental health of college students;? students have a high recognition of flipped classroom teaching mode;? flipped classroom can significantly improve students' test scores.From the practical point of view,this paper preliminarily proves that the flipped classroom model after the teaching reform has different benefits to our students and teachers.It is suggested that the flipped classroom model should be gradually implemented in the education and teaching of students' mental health.
