The Problems And Cultivation Of The Rule Of Law Consciousness In High School Students

In recent years,with the convening of the 18th,19th,and 2nd Conferences,the awareness of the rule of law has played an increasingly important role in the social life of the party and the country.The concept of governing the country according to law has become more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Adolescents are the future of the motherland,the hope of the nation,and the successors of our country' s socialism.Their current status and growth of the rule of law are related to the development of families,schools,society,and the country.Therefore,paying attention to and studying the current status of senior school students' awareness of the rule of law,the reasons for the problems,and how they should focus on solving or alleviating these problems are the focus of political teachers who have to shoulder the heavy burden of high school students' moral education.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part:Beginning with the connotation of the consciousness of the rule of law.The awareness of the rule of law is a reflection of citizens' objective knowledge of the rule of law such as the concept of the rule of law,the rule of law,and the rule of law.It includes the four aspects of constitutional awareness,responsibility awareness,rule awareness,and rights awareness.Cultivating high school students' awareness of the rule of law will help high school students establish correct legal thinking and the way of the rule of law,reduce or prevent the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency,and also facilitate the convergence of the legal education for junior high school students and university students,and help to ensure that the physical and mental health of high school students can be sustained.The second part:To study the current problems and reasons of high school students'consciousness of law.We must also clearly see that the high school students' awareness of the rule of law has generally improved while there are still many problems.Through investigation and research,the problems in the consciousness of the rule of law of senior high school students are mainly reflected in four aspects:lack of constitutional awareness,indifferent sense of responsibility,weak awareness of rules,and lack of awareness of rights.The main reasons for the problems of high school students' awareness of rule of law are analyzed from the following three aspects:the lagging of school education concept,the absence of family education,the failure of social publicity of the rule of law,and the defects of high school students' physical and mental development.The third part discusses the cultivation measures of the consciousness of the rule of law of senior high school students.School education,family education,and social education are indispensable as the three major education responsibility subjects for student education.Each education responsibility subject needs to perform its duties in the study and life of high school students,and jointly create a harmonious and large-scale development of high school students' sound and physical development.The environment makes concerted efforts to cultivate the consciousness of the rule of law of high school students.As the subjects of education,high school students themselves should consciously strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge of the rule of law,guide the practice of theory,and consciously use the way of the rule of law to solve social and political practices.
