With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,"Morality and Rule of Law" classroom teaching life-oriented in junior high school has drawn more and more attention from the majority of educators,and has become an urgent topic to be solved in the current education field.As a complete individual of life,students' diversified development needs are calling for the "return to life" in the classroom teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.The teachers should follow the new concept of "Compulsory Education Ideology and Morality Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition)" to make teaching come from life but above life so that the atmosphere filled with life in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school is full of life wisdom,highlight the vitality of life,promote the development of students' virtue and lead the healthy development of students."Morality and Rule of Law" classroom teaching life-oriented in junior high school is student-centered,and based on students' life.Teachers create a sensible living situation,allowing students' moral life to perceive and grow freely in the experience,achieving the unity of knowledge,emotion,will and action."Morality and Rule of Law" classroom teaching life-oriented in junior high school has the basic characteristics of affection,experience,openness and practicality.Through the questionnaire survey and case interview,the article summarizes the positive factors and the existing problems in "Morality and Rule of Law" classroom teaching life-oriented in junior high school on the basis of the analysis and research,such as teaching goals focus on knowledge goals,teaching contents lack of organic integration,teaching processes are alienated from life,teaching methods value expository methods to despise inquiry methods,teaching evaluations are too simple,etc.In view of the problems existing in the present situation investigation,the author combines with a lot of teaching examples of "Morality and Rule of Law" classroom teaching life-oriented in junior high school,focuses efforts on the following five aspects,organically integrating life-oriented teaching goals,carefully selecting life-oriented teaching contents,common pursuit of life-oriented teaching processes,reasonably adopting life-oriented teaching methods,completely constructing life-oriented evaluation system,so as to make some contribution to enhance the teaching effectiveness of "Morality and Rule of Law" classroom teaching life-oriented in junior high school.
