The reform of basic education has become more and more deep in China's junior high school education.More and more teaching life classes have been recognized by the educational circles,and there have been quite a lot of practical exploration and theoretical research in different schools.Although there are many studies on this topic at home and abroad,there are few studies on "life oriented teaching" from the course of morality and the rule of law in junior middle school.This topic is of universal applicability in this paper.This paper reviews the core concepts of the study,and analyzes the important significance of the teaching life of "morality and the rule of law" in view of the research perspective of "teaching and living",and analyzes the resource conditions for the living teaching of junior high school education in China.Through the investigation of the current situation of "life oriented teaching" in the course of "morality and the rule of law"in Chinese junior high school,and based on the case of living teaching and related problems encountered by the author in the teaching,the implementation of teaching objectives,the implementation of teaching content,the selection of teaching forms,teaching activities and technical innovation,and teaching evaluation From the perspective of standards,this paper analyzes the existing problems,reasons and solutions of "life teaching" in junior middle school "morality and rule of law".Through the study,this paper holds that the main problems of "life oriented teaching" in the course of moral and rule of law in junior middle school are that there are different utilitarian characteristics in the school education because of the results of teaching.The teaching content can not be combined with the living teaching,the teaching form is too rigid and can not be realized.The traditional teaching method does not adapt to the "life oriented teaching",and the supporting evaluation system can not match the goal of "life oriented teaching".Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and optimization paths for these five aspects.
