The reform of the university performance salary is an important research subject in academic circles and universities in China in recent years.In the process of advancing construction plan of world-class universities and first-class disciplines,in order to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff and workers in the college and universities as much as possible,many colleges and universities are all starting from the performance pay reform.The performance pay reform measures adopted by different universities are different.Therefore,the existing problems will vary in varying degrees.Research S university performance pay reform measures,find out the S university performance pay reform existing problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems not only help to promote the reform and development of performance pay in S universities,but also provide beneficial reference for performance pay reform in other universities.Taking S university as research object,this paper uses literature research,case analysis and system analysis to conclude that the reform of performance pay improves the core competitiveness of the college,improves the management level of the college,improves the teachers' ability quality,improves the status and treatment of the staff,and improves the work motivation of the staff.While achieving a series of achievements,there are still many deficiencies.The suggestions put forward are to actively improve the performance appraisal system;to effectively improve the performance appraisal indicators;and to steadily improve the performance appraisal methods.The implementation of university performance pay reform can play a positive role in improving and standardizing the distribution of university faculty income to a certain extent,and can effectively promote the reform of financial system,personnel system and scientific research management system in college and universities.
