With the development of education informationization,micro-course,as a modern education technology,leads to a wave of information-based education,bringing innovation and change to traditional classroom teaching.Primary school information technology course aims to cultivate the learner's interest in information technology,develop good information literacy,and the current information technology class still has many loopholes,the traditional teaching mode of classroom teaching,the primary school with low levels of concentration time is shorter,the learner,unattractive,difficult to cause the students' interest in learning.A micro-course video is usually within ten minutes,with the content refined and the subject highlighted,which is mainly aimed at some difficult points in the teaching.Compared with the long time teacher teaching,more can stimulate the primary school students to learn information technology interest.ARCS motivation model is to arouse and maintain the theory model of learners' learning motivation,from the "note","relevant" and "confidence","satisfied" four dimensions analysis how to improve the learning motivation.Therefore,in this paper,the author combines ARCS motivation model and elementary information technology micro-course to study design.First of all,the author in the ARCS motivation model,micro lessons at home and abroad were reviewed on the basis of literature research,combined with the teaching of information technology,this paper expounds the ARCS motivation model in the micro information technology course of relevant theories and principles.Then,through questionnaire survey and interview communication,the motivation of information technology courses and the feasibility of micro-course were analyzed.Design general flow of information technology micro-course design based on ARCS motivation model,including preliminary analysis,mid-term design,post-production and evaluation,and detailed introduction to each link.According to the general process,implements the design of the case,to the sixth grade information technology curriculum in this part ofthe content of the web page creation,the course design,and apply the information technology course of practical teaching,information technology for the primary school teachers use ARCS motivation model making micro class provides the reference.
