Research On The Construction Of Teachers' Team In Private Vocational Training Institutions

China's private-sector educations revived in the 1980s.Among them,primary and secondary schools were the first to develop,and private vocational training institutions began to emerge.With the continuous development of the economy and society,the training content of training institutions has become more and more extensive,including both trade,management,computer,finance and cooking skills,excavators driving,car repair technology,etc.Nowadays,science and technology are changing with each passing day,and new things are constantly emerging.People are increasingly participating in various types of training in order to meet the needs of social development and individual development.The concept of lifelong learning has gradually become popular.As a selective education,private vocational training is popular with people for its flexible and practical features,and plays an important role in improving the overall quality of our country's citizens.In particular,at the moment when China vigorously calls for the "artisan spirit",the development of private vocational training institutions has also ushered in unprecedented opportunities.The quality of teachers in private vocational training institutions directly efect the quality of their teaching,and it is related to private schools' growth and expansion.Therefore,it is necessary to research the build up of the teaching teams of private vocational training institutions.I conducted an in-depth and detailed investigation on the teachers in several private vocational training institutions,especially on the New Oriental Cooking School in Yunnan,grasped a large amount of first-hand information.On this basis,I analazied the characteristics and status quo of private vocational training institutions.The study suggested that the development of private vocational training institutions requires high-quality and high-level teachers as an important guarantee for enhancing core competitiveness.Among them,the emphasis on teacher training in private vocational training institutions is the most critical factor,followed by the specification of the recruitment system for private vocational training institutions.And some advices are made for build up a high-quality and high-level teaching team.
