The construction industry is the national pillar industry.With the continuous promotion of new urbanization,sponge City,intelligent city and low carbon ecological city,the construction of housing and commercial facilities will still be brought for a long time in the future,especially the practical needs of infrastructure construction and urban comprehensive corridor.At the same time,the huge business opportunities The Belt and Road construction will bring to the domestic infrastructure construction of foreign construction enterprises.Since the reform and opening up for more than 40 years,China’s construction industry is still a labor-intensive and relatively backward traditional industry.In the whole production process of housing construction,the traditional construction mode of high energy consumption.high pollution,low efficiency and extensive development is universal,and the development of the new town chemical industry and information development.The demand is not suitable,compared with the developed countries.The backward production mode determines the level of production quality,efficiency and resource consumption.Therefore,the development of the construction industry needs to develop towards modern industrialization.The process of industrialization of modern architecture depends to a large extent on the most crucial and fundamental factor of building talents.Among all kinds of social resources,talent is the most precious and important resource.The change of social and economic structure has fundamentally determined the core position of talent in the development of enterprises.The research on talents in the developed countries shows that talent is the key to the sustained economic growth and the source of the transformation of economic grow th mode:the difference of the economic growth rate in different countries or regions is not mainly due to the difference of the economic growth rate in different countries or regions.The difference of material resources is caused by the quantity.quality and structure of talent resources.Liaoning province has a late start in the research of talent management,although some industries and units have achieved some achievements in the research of talent management,but in general,the level of research and use is still weak.In particular,the research on talent management in the construction industry is relatively small in both domestic and provincial studies.In this paper,based on the basic theory of talent management,this paper adopts the methods of investigation,summary,literature and comprehensive research.and draws lessons from the existing research results and investigation data in the related fields both at home and abroad.According to the characteristics of the talents management in the process of industrialization of modern buildings in Liaoning,the realization path of the goal of talent management is put forward.The specific content and the basic principles that the talent management should follow,analyze the related situation of talent management in the process of industrialization of modern building in Liaoning,and put forward the Countermeasures of talent management in the process of industrialization of modern Liaoning building.In addition,the ideas and ideas put forward in the concept innovation of talent management,the construction of scientific talent management system and the transformation of talent management model are also new,and have a good reference value.
