| The teaching practical wisdom is the inevitable demand of kindergarten teacher’ professional development and early childhood development.This study through the scene for case M teacher on the collective teaching activities within the term of natural observation and record,and combined with interviews to analyze its teaching practical wisdom about the present situation and the generation conditions,thus putting forward specific recommendations to enhance teaching practical wisdom of kindergarten t.eachers in the collective teaching activities.The research found that:The current situation of the whole performance of M teacher’ teaching practical wisdom in the collective teaching activities is:The proportion of the factors is unbalanced and the adjustment of teaching strategies is more,on the field distribution and embodies in the fine arts activity.The specific performance is:firstly,The adjustment of teaching strategy is appropriate.Including the situation grasping in place,guiding the monitoring strategy to adopt is appropriate;The contingency response is flexible and the contingency strategy is appropriate.Secondly,the curriculum target adjustment is appropriate.Including dynamic grasp of children’s ability level,the target difficulty level adjustment is appropriate;Follow the missing priority principle and adjust the structure of the target.Thirdly,the activity content adjustment is appropriate.Including respect children’s ideas and interests,content organization form adjustment appropriate;Dynamic control of children’s acceptance level,content capacity and difficulty adjustment are appropriate.The generation condition mainly includes the following four aspects:firstly,the identification and love of occupation is the fundamental cause of practical wisdom.Secondly,solid professional knowledge and specific domain knowledge is the premise of practical wisdom.Thirdly,continuous improvement of practical ability is an important guarantee for the generation of teaching practical wisdom.Fourthly,diligent and thorough reflection is the key to practical wisdom generation.Accordingly,the following Suggestions are put forward to improve the teaching practical wisdom of kindergarten teachers in collective teaching activities:Firstly,cultivate professional emotion based on personal interests;Secondly,provide teaching practice field and give professional guidance;Thirdly,use the apprentice to pair system,give timely and effective instruction in the teaching activity;Fourthly,Promote weakness with strengths,and then promoting the generation of practical wisdom in various fields. |
