With the continuous improvement of the status of vocational and technical education, the problem of the quality of education in vocational colleges has increasingly attracted people's attention. However, there is no unified standard on how to effectively measure the quality of vocational and technical education. The traditional evaluation methods of education quality mainly focus on the impact of external factors such as resources and environment on the quality of education, while ignoring the analysis of the status of students as the subject of education. As the main body of education, students pay attention to the students' learning experience and guide students' learning behavior. It is of great significance to promote education and teaching practice as well as the improvement of college education quality. The survey tool cited in this article, the “ China College Student Survey(CCSS),” is a questionnaire survey of student-specific learning behaviors and college education practices. The questionnaire is student-centered.Concerned about students' learning behavior, focusing on students' learning and future development, emphasizing the interaction between students' learning behaviors and educational practices.Based on a large number of relevant literatures both at home and abroad, this study compiled a survey on the learning investment of vocational college students based on the “Chinese University Student Learning and Development Tracking Research(CCSS)” measurement tool, combined with the actual situation of W vocational colleges. The "Questionnaire" tries to analyze the status of students' investment in vocational education. The questionnaire contains a total of five indicators: degree of academic challenge(LAC),active collaborative learning(ACL),student-faculty interaction(SFI),educational experience richness(EEE),and campus environment support(SCE).This study analyzes the overall situation of the various dimensions of student learning input in W vocational colleges, different individual characteristics(different grades, different majors, different genders, whether or not there are student cadre experiences, different student sources, and different grades). The comparative analysis of differences, using SPSS data analysis software, according to the survey data and empirical analysis,it was found that students in W vocational colleges have low academic challenges, weak levels of active cooperative learning, lack of student-teacher interaction, and poor educational experience. The campus environment supports better conclusions, and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from schools, teachers, and students in three areas to improve teaching standards.
