Research On Student Association Members Satisfaction Survey And Promotion Strategies In Higher Vocational Colleges

Student associations are an important base to cultivate comprehensive talents under the concept of Quality Education and Holistic education.From the perspective of student satisfaction,analyzing the quality of student associations in vocational colleges and suggesting improvement,and thus improving the satisfaction of Student associations members,will help to enhance the attraction of the associations and better play the educational function of the student associations in vocational colleges.Based on student involvement theory,ERG theory and two-factor theory,this paper constructs a system for assessing the satisfaction of the student associations members in vocational colleges,and prepares a questionnaire to investigate the satisfaction of the student associations members in S college.The main problems of student associations members satisfaction are analyzed.The research shows that:(1)The overall satisfaction of the student association in the case is good.(2)In terms of the average score of satisfaction,various first-class indicators from high to low value are: student association learning harvest,student association membership,student association facilities funds and the operation of student associations.(3)The average scores of satisfaction of ten secondary indicators were lower than the average score of overall satisfaction.These indicators included knowledge & skills,activity venues,information disclosure,rights and interests protection,student association funds,equipment,teachers' guidance,division of work,cadres' abilities and regulations.(4)There is partly significant difference in the three variables of gender,grade and average weekly participation time.There is significant difference in the two variables of the position and type of student associations.(5)The main problems existing in the satisfaction of the student associations members included: the relatively low evaluation on the internal management links of the operation of student associations,the relatively low evaluation on the funding links of the student association facilities and the relatively low evaluation on the knowledge and skill learning gain link of the student associations members.According to the research results,it is proposed to improve the satisfaction of student associations members: Improve the operation of the organization;Strengthen the material security of the associations;Promote the knowledge and skills of the members;Pay attention to the needs of different members.
