Secondary vocational school moral education as the main channel and main position of moral education in secondary vocational schools,classroom teaching is the basic link of moral education teaching.Secondary vocational moral education classroom teaching quality directly affects the quality of secondary vocational students' personal qualities.Students are one of the main subjects in the teaching of moral education in secondary vocational school.Through the evaluation of students' satisfaction,it can help the teachers of moral education to understand the needs of students in a full and rapid way,reveal the areas that need to be improved in the course of teaching,help the teachers of moral education find solutions,reduce the blindness in taking decisions,and improve the teaching of moral education.Quality.At present,the evaluation system of students' satisfaction in secondary vocational moral education classroom teaching in China is still not systematic.Therefore,this study has important theoretical and practical significance.This study is divided into six parts: the first part is introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the study,the train of thought and content,the methods and innovations of the study.The second part,literature review.Through the research on student satisfaction at home and abroad,we find the breakthrough point and research direction of the thesis.The third part is the overview of the related theories.This paper mainly introduces the applicability of customer satisfaction theory and structural equation theory as well as the research of student satisfaction in secondary vocational moral education classroom teaching.The fourth part is the construction of student satisfaction model in secondary vocational moral education classroom teaching.The potential variables and explicit variables were determined,and the questionnaire scale was designed to test the quality of the questionnaire.The fifth part,empirical research.Through the questionnaire survey of four schools,the AMOS24.0 software was used to test the measurement model and structure model,to explore the structural relationship between the latent variables,and to analyze the differences of demography through the SPSS17.0.The sixth part,the countermeasures and suggestions.Improve the basis of satisfaction,optimize the evaluation of satisfaction,improve the degree of satisfaction,enhance the ability of teachers themselves,improve the degree of satisfaction and optimize the course of classroom teaching.The seventh chapter is the deficiency and Prospect of the paper.The main conclusion of this study is that student expectations have a positive and direct impact on student satisfaction and perceived quality.Perceived quality has a positive and direct impact on students' satisfaction.Student satisfaction has a direct and direct impact on student complaints and student loyalty,and student complaints have a direct and direct impact on student loyalty.Gender,grade and student positions have significant differences in perceived quality.
