The Online Learning Satisfaction Survcey Of College Students

In 2015,"Internet +" first appeared in the government work report.Under the guidance of national policies,all industries and industries have set off an upsurge in seeking convergence between the industry and the Internet industry.As a representative of the integration of the education industry and the Internet industry,online learning came into being in this boom,and it quickly occupied a large share of the Internet education market.Major universities have also introduced and developed online learning.With the continuous development of online learning,student satisfaction has gradually become an important indicator to measure the learning quality and learning effectiveness.Determining the influencing factors of college students' online learning satisfaction is of great significance for improving the quality of online learning and ensuring the effectiveness of online learning.Through comprehensive research and consolidation of existing research results,the study found that 8factors,including basic attributes,course content,curriculum resources,platform technology,platform design,teacher-student interaction,student interaction,and interaction methods,may affect online learning satisfaction of college students.And these 8 factors are summarized into four dimensions:basic attributes,learning resources,learning platform,and learning interaction.Through empirical research,it is finally determined that basic attributes of students,learning habits,platform design,teacher-student interaction,curriculum resources,and interaction methods have a significant impact on college students' online learning satisfaction.In response to this research result,the author pointed out that college students should raise their own information literacy and improve self-learning ability;In terms of learning resources,it is necessary to ensure the practicality and richness of the content of the curriculum,encourage students to use diverse teaching resources,strengthen the design of online learning activities,and integrate online curriculum resources;In terms of the learning platform,we should explore the functional design of each module of the learning platform;In terms of learning interaction,we should speed up the role change of teachers,increase the participation of teachers' roles,improve the online learning interaction tools,and pay attention to the design of interactive activities.
