In 2016,XI Jinping pointed out that the stronger the education,the stronger the country.The development level of education is an important symbol of national development level and development potential.To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,education's status and role cannot be ignored.Report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China highlights the importance of education: the construction of education is a fundamental project of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and education must be a priority.This year's government work report recommends to develop a fair and quality education.To build a strong education country,it is very important to optimize the relationship between teachers and students and create a good environment for talent cultivation.The relationship between teachers and students in the present universities in general can reflect the tradition of “students respecting teachers and teachers cherishing students” teacher,but also there is a lack of interaction between teachers and students and the problem of insufficient degree of harmony and satisfaction,which influence the actual effect of talent training.Through investigation and research,it is necessary to find the current problems that exist in teachers-students relationship in college,analyze reasons and seek countermeasures for the connotation development of higher education,the quality of education and the development of individual teachers and students in new era.Based on this,this paper studies from five aspects:The first part is the introduction.This paper introduces the research background,research significance,research summary,research ideas and methods.The second part is the definition and characteristic analysis of the relationship between teachers and students.To define the concept of the relationship between teachers and students and to analyze the characteristics of the relationship between teachers and students.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the relationship between teachers and students of a colleges in wenzhou.Two-way questionnaire survey and interviews by the teachers and students,found that the current relationship between teachers and students in the present universities can reflect the tradition of “students respecting teachers and teachers cherishing students”,but also there is a low degree of satisfaction and some disharmony.It is time to reconstruct the new harmonious relationship between teachers and students.The fourth part analyzes the reasons of the relationship between teachers and students from three aspects:teachers and students,school an society.The personal level of teachers and students is mainly their own quality,work and learning attitude,values,etc.At the school level,there are some factors,such as imperfect management system,backward concept of talent cultivation,outdated teaching mode and incomplete construction of teacher-student communication platform.Social reasons mainly include the lure of the utilitarian tendency of the market economy and a general increase in awareness of democracy and equality,the impact of the social cultural diversity,the influence of network information technology development and the social public opinion negative interference and other factors.The fifth part is the path exploration of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the new period from the aspects of the improvement of teachers and students' ability,the strengthening of internal management and the guidance of social value.Through the clear duty,unimpeded way,and the cooperation,the effect will be achieved that the prominent positions,democratic and equality,emotional integration,respect and love,and perfect development of the teacher-student relationship in the new period.
