Study On The University Problems Relationship Between Teacher-student In The New Period

Teacher-student relationship is the relationship between teachers and students.It is the special expression of the relationship between people in educational activities.It is also a general and special interpersonal relationship.Among all the relationships in school education and teaching,it is the most basic,the most common,the most core and the most important.Teacher-student relationship affects the organization of teaching activities,the quality of education and the level of education,as well as the individual development of teachers and students.Montessori said that "the positive relationship between teachers and students is the only basis for the success of education",and he broke the meaning of the relationship between teachers and students and the relationship between teachers and students.In different stages of education,teacher-student relationship has different contents and forms of expression.Under the background of mass education in the new era,extensive teaching,academic bubbles and corruption,social utilitarianism and vague and lack of university spirit have caused some teacher-student relationships in universities,which are alienated,materialized and even vulgar.Teachers in universities do not sit in classes.The teaching mode of universities allows teachers to walk away after completing their teaching tasks.They seldom talk with students about learning,ideals and life after class.Students are also accustomed to coping with teachers for graduation.Simple knowledge imparting and even scientific research employment relationship makes the relationship between teachers and students become indifferent and even distorted.In recent years,the extreme cases of teacher-student relationship in Colleges and universities are frequent.This study uses the methods of historical research,case studies,questionnaires and interviews to reflect on the alienation of the relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities,starting from the realistic problems of the relationship between teachers and students in the new era,combining with tracing the common problems of the relationship between teachers and students in different cultural patterns in the history of China and the West.Taking three colleges and universities in Hebei Province as samples,this paper investigates the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities.Combining with the existing research results,this paper summarizes fouraspects of the relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities in the new era: utilitarianism,indifference,alienation,conflict and so on.Then the causes of the problems are analyzed from three aspects: the anomie of the behavior and cognition of the educational subjects,the imperfection of the management system and the deviation of the value orientation of the relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities.Finally,according to the problems and causes of the relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to construct the new relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities in the new era.With the deepening of the research and the development of the author,the essence and essence of the relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities is the question of who is the basis,what morality to establish,who to cultivate and how to cultivate people.This study attempts to return to the value orientation of the relationship between teachers and students,let love return to the ethical standard of the relationship between teachers and students,change and conflict into norms and virtues,realize the teaching of teachers and students to follow each other and educate students endlessly.
