The information technology course directive of primary and middle school students,promulgated by the Ministry of education in 2000,clearly stipulates that the course of information technology is a required course for primary and secondary schools.Although experts and researchers have begun to pay attention to the information technology class,there are few studies on information technology in class,and there are different research foothold.It is not applicable to the sample school.In this study,literature,observation,interview and questionnaire were used to study the problem of information technology classroom management in three junior middle schools in L county.It was found that the position of the school leaders was not high,the status of the information technology teachers was not paid attention to,the students were not well understood,their own quality was low,and the students were lack of the class management tact.There are some problems in the management of the information technology in the sample schools,such as the computer hardware,the software,the teachers and the students,the classroom learning,and the problems of the students and parents in the poor areas,the large noise of the computer room,the limited bandwidth of the rural areas,and the lack of computers in most of the rural families.We can't get enough attention,lack of generative teaching activities,disorder of classroom order and inactive atmosphere.The overall effect of information technology classroom management is not good.Therefore,this paper first puts forward the reasonable goal of the information technology classroom management:the warm and comfortable environment of the hardware environment;the harmonious and democratic relationship between the teachers and students;the classroom order living but not disorderly;the learning task should contact the area of life;the teaching process is scientific and rigorous.The information management suggestions are put forward to the school leaders and teachers.First,the school leaders should pay attention to the information technology course and the competition of the information technology discipline.The information technology teachers should have the idea of keeping pace with the times,conscientiously do a good job in teaching design,use the tact of teaching management flexibly,improve the attraction of the class,and suggest the students to be active.Participate in classroom management,parents change backward ideas,so as to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for information technology classroom management in junior high schools in poverty-stricken areas of Ningxia.
