Informationization is the general trend of the global development of science and technology,economy and society in the 21 st century.Educational informationization and information technology education are important factors to promote development and Reform in various fields.Our country has promulgated various policies on information-based education successively to help each region develop its own information-based education,and requires that by 2020,everyone should be guaranteed access to high-quality information learning resources and the formation of network coverage in schools at all levels,and information technology and information-assisted teaching reach a certain height;at the same time,managers,teachers and students should be widely used in education and teaching.Information technology can improve teachers' teaching ability and students' application level.However,in the author's research process,we found that information technology education has not received due attention,most people still narrowly understand information technology education as "computer course",lack of in-depth understanding of the connotation of information technology education,so there are greater difficulties in the implementation process.Compared with urban schools,rural primary and secondary schools have shortcomings in capital allocation,hardware facilities,software updating and technical support.Whether we can keep up with the requirements of the times,improve the network teaching environment and set up qualified multimedia classrooms,so that teachers can flexibly integrate information technology education with subject education,students have certain information technology literacy and solve certain problems,this is a major challenge.Based on the actual situation of rural primary and secondary schools,this paper takes 47 primary schools and 9 secondary schools in a district of E city as examples,carries out questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students in order to understand all aspects of information technology courses in schools.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the research background,purpose,importance,content and method,innovation and shortcomings of information technology are briefly analyzed,and the corresponding concepts and theoretical basis are considered.Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper investigates teachers and students in rural primary and secondary schools in a district of E city,and probes into the reasons and strategies for the difficulty of implementing information technology education in rural primary and secondary schools in a district of E city,hoping to provide some reference for information technology education in the research area.
