The master's degree thesis is the crystallization of the graduate student's ability and wisdom in the graduate study stage.It is an important basis for the successful graduation of the graduate student.It not only directly reflects the graduate mastery of professional knowledge and research ability in the professional field,but also reflects the training quality of graduate students in the field of specialty.Since2002,China has established a master's degree in education in the modern education technology professional direction,the modern education technology master's team is growing.Under the guidance of new technologies and new educational concepts,with the support of the new enrollment policy,the development of modern education technology has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.New educational research results have emerged in the forefront and new issues have become increasingly prominent.In order to promote the sound and steady development of modern education technology,improve the quality of modern education master's training,and further promote the education information process in China,it is of vital importance to clarify the characteristics of modern education technical master's thesis and propose corresponding countermeasures.This study first sorts out the research literature on the master's degree thesis of educational technology,summarizes the current research status,and identifies the research topics of the relevant experts in this area,and identifies research hot-spots,research fields,service targets,and research methods,etc.Dimensions;based on China Knowledge Network's 2014-2016 master's thesis database,collect 1280 modern master's degree thesis papers as the research sample of this research;use the Cite Space visualization analysis tool to obtain the high frequency keywords of the sample papers,and analyze the research hot spot;The content analysis method categorizes and records the research fields,service objects,and research methods of the sample papers.Based on this,it describes the status of modern education technology master's degree thesis.By further reading the contents of the sample papers,the master degree thesis of modern education technology is summarized.The characteristics of existence,and for the characteristics to give some suggestions to improve the level of thesis.From the analysis results,there are some characteristics in the research field of modern education technical master's thesis: the research topic is rich,applicable and realistic.But research field distribution imbalance,design and development and the application field,light field management and evaluation,selected topic is not novel,strong repeatability.The characteristics of the research object are: attention to diverse groups;The subject is highly integrated.The research methods are characterized by: a variety of research methods,and the combination of 2-6 different kinds of research methods are reflected,but some research methods use the non-standard phenomena.In view of the above characteristics,this study proposes several suggestions: pay attention to the accumulation of professional knowledge,develop thesis writing skills,pay close attention to core journals,actively participate in academic conferences,organize the establishment of academic salons;set up educational technology research method courses,organize qualitative analysis software training Activities;expanding professional practice bases,and strengthening the practice guidance of the papers.
