Object: This paper analyzes what the effects 8 weeks the aerobic exercise has in regulating oxidation and antioxidant levels and gut microbiota by observing body weight and body index of obsess young people after 8 weeks aerobic exercise intervention,then analyzes the correlation between these two effects,discussing the function of the aerobic exercise in the process of Improving the testees' body phenotype.Methods: 40 students were enrolled in the study: 29 Obese individuals(BMI > 28)and 11(BMI?22)normal students as control group.The individual weight and BMI of obese individuals were measured before and after the aerobic exercise intervention,recording the body weight and BMI.ELISA method is used to measure the level of MDA,SOD,GPx and TAOC in the control group and the obese group before and after intervention.Using 16 S rDNA sequencing analyzed the composition and diversity of gut microbiota in the control group and the obese group before and after intervention.The individual body weight and BMI index of group the normal control group without the invention of the aerobic exercise and the obsess testees before the intervention at the same time point.ELISA method is used to measure the level of MDA,SOD,GPx and TAOC.16 S rDNA sequencing was applied to analyze the composition and diversity of gut microbiota in the normal control group and the obese group before and after intervention.Results:(1)8 weeks of the aerobic exercise can reduce the weight and BMI of obese college students.(2)Compared with the normal group,the level of GPX,SOD and TAOC decreased significantly(P < 0.001),and the MDA increased significantly(P <0.001)in the obese group before the intervention.Compared with the obesity group before the intervention,the serum TAOC level increased significantly(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference in the level of GPX and SOD,and the MDA level decreased significantly in the obese group after the intervention(P<0.01).(3)Compared with the normal group,Alcaligenaceae,Bifidobacteriaceae,Erysipelotrichaceae,and Verrucomicrobiaceae decreased significantly(p<0.05)in the obese group before the intervention.Helicobacteraceae,Ruminococcaceae rised dramatically(P<0.05);Compared with the obese group before the intervention,Alcaligenaceae?Bifidobacteriaceae?Erysipelotrichaceae?Verrucomicrobiaceae in the obsess testees grew greatly after 8 weeks of the aerobic exercise(P<0.05),and Helicobacteraceae?Ruminococcaceae reduced remarkably(p<0.05).(4)Compared with the obesity group before the invention,the ACE index was significantly increased after the intervention(P < 0.05),indicating that the diversity of gut microbiota was changed after 8 weeks of aerobic exercise.(5)Through the correlation analysis of the data,there was a certain correlation between the change of oxidant/anti-oxidant index and gut microbiota change.After the aerobic exercise,there was a positive correlation between MDA and Ruminococcaceae?TAOC and Bifdobacteriace(P<0.05);a negative correlation between MDA and Bifdobacteriace?TAOC and Ruminococcaceae(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of aerobic exercise,MDA level was negatively correlated with ACE index(r=-0.466,P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)After 8 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention,the weight and body index of the obese group decreased,without significant difference.(2)Compared with normal control group,the obese subjects oxidation index has a significant rise in serum;anti-oxidation index dropped significantly,which demonstrated that the accumulation of oxidation product in serum may be one of the causes of obesity.Compared with the obese group before aerobic exerci se intervention,the oxidation index declined significantly in serum;anti-oxidati on index and TAOC increased considerably in the obese subjects,showing that8 weeks aerobic exercise intervention can effectively enhance the antioxidant capacity.(3)Compared with the normal control group,the proportion of Bifidobacteriacea e in the intestinal tract of the obese group was significantly decreased and the function has been clearly verified.The proportion of bacteria with direct corre lation to obesity,such as Ruminococcaceae,increased significantly.8 weeks ofaerobic exercise significantly increased the proportion of good bacteria in the organism such as Bifidobacteriaceae,and significantly reduced the proportion of bacteria that has direct correlation with obesity,such as Ruminococcaceae,sug gesting that the improvement of body phenotype of obese subjects was closely related to the effective regulation of their microflora structure.(4)Compared with the normal control group,the ACE index of the gut microbi ota was slightly increased.After 8 weeks of aerobic exercise,the ACE index of gut microbiota of obese subjects increased greatly,indicating that aerobic ex ercise could improve the ACE index of gut microbiota and increase the diversi ty of gut microbiota.(5)The analysis result of correlation among the oxidation and antioxidant index,and the typical components of a significant change in gut microbiota,combin ed with the correlation analysis of gut microbiota diversity index showed that:The increase of oxidative products and the decrease of antioxidant capacity lea d to the imbalance of gut microbiota structure,which results to the metabolic disorders that eventually causes a significant increase in fat accumulation and a dverse changes in the body phenotype.Gradually improve and adjust the imbal ance of intestinal microflora structure in obese people to improve the metabolis m of the body,and finally change the indicator of poor body phenotype.
