The competition is a traditional advantage in China's track and field events,and many excellent athletes have achieved excellent results in major international competitions such as the Olympic Games and athletics championships.In the context of China's graded culture,the basic training of teenagers is especially crucial.With the continuous expansion of youth games,games is increasing,how to arrange reasonable pre-match training plan and training of adolescent athletes the best competitive state is one of the important factors to get good results.To participate in this study the Liaoning province track and field championships in2017 eight of elite male adolescents race walking athletes as the research object,USES the literature material,expert interview and logical analysis,field observation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods,respectively from the youth race walking athletes in Liaoning province before the stage of training,training content,training means and methods as well as the training load and intensity were analyzed,and the teenagers walking a summary,the characteristics of the pre-match training of athletes and attempt to find commonalities in youth training before the game,explores the problems existing in the training program,It lays a foundation for the preparation and research of the training plan for the competition of teenagers in China.Through research,the following conclusions are obtained:1.Preparation for adolescents in province track and field championship in 2017,eight outstanding youth race walking athletes in Liaoning province before 8 weeks of training program,is divided into three stages,including preparation stage 4 weeks,consolidate stage 3 weeks,before the adjustment phase 1 week.The pre-match training plan is designed to ensure that the athletes compete in the best form and complete the task successfully.2.The pre-competition training content is strictly according to the physical development characteristics and training characteristics of adolescents,includingaerobic endurance training,speed training,technical training,strength training,etc.Among them,aerobic endurance training runs through the whole pre-competition training plan,which occupies the highest proportion;The proportion of basic technical training is second;Strength training and speed training account for less of the overall training program.3.Aerobic endurance training mainly consists of 4-12 kilometers of walking and combination means,and the continuous training method is often used.The speed training is mainly based on short distance and high intensity,which is often used in repetitive training method and interval training method.Technical training is mainly based on step length,step frequency,trunk and two arms,hip joint and body weight training,and the method of decompose training and complete training is often used.Strength training is mainly used to overcome the weight training,which is often used in intermittent training,circular training and repetitive training.4.In the distribution of training load structure,the load change of three stages is wavy,and the overall load is decreasing.The load intensity of the first two stages is mainly medium and low intensity,with two intensive training sessions a week,and the last stage of the load intensity is mainly close to the intensity of the competition.By monitoring the real-time heart rate of 8 athletes and the hemoglobin in the first two stages,there was no indication that the athletes had a rapid heart rate and a sharp decrease in hemoglobin.
