Research purpose: As a traditional track and field event,China's race walking event has been in the world's leading position for a long time.China has been committed to cultivating high-level race walking athletes over the years,and China's high-level athletes have repeatedly created excellent results in domestic and foreign competitions.For race walking events,in order to achieve excellent results,athletes need both special training of race walking technology and systematic physical training in the pre-race training.So this article mainly for wang na from early November 2020 for xi 'an national games to September 24,xi' an national games women's 20 km race,this stage of training arrangement and training load,further analyze the whole for xi'an national games training arrangement and load characteristics,explore the high level of athletes pre-race training appropriate training arrangement and training load.Research method: This study takes Wang Na,an athlete from the 14 th National Games,to analyzes the content arrangement of training plan,physical training arrangement,load and load intensity arrangement,including literature,interview,case analysis and mathematical statistics.research conclusion:At the end of 2020,Wang Na began to prepare for the 14 th National Games,and officially entered the pre-race training stage from Harbin to Yunnan Malone on August 1,2021,with six weeks of training,namely recovery,strengthening and adjustment.The training program includes endurance training,strength training and other physical training,with 68%,20% and 12%,respectively.Characteristics of Wang Na's physical training: endurance training is mainly for low strength,strength training is mainly for lower limb strength and core strength training,flexibility training is mainly for NPF stretching,dynamic stretching in the warm-up stage,and mainly for the parts where Wang Na has excessive injuries.Wang Na's recovery method after physical training includes assisted stretching,massage,acupuncture and scientific nutritional supplements.The total load of Wang Na's pre-competition training was 690 km,and the total class amount was 77 times,among which the target load intensity was mainly below80%,and the total training amount was 348 km.The higher the target intensity,the less the training,more than 100% intensity training is only 5km.The training is generally completed in the morning,and the physical training is conducted in the afternoon.During the whole pre-competition training stage,Wang Na's blood test index was kept within a reasonable range,indicating that the physical function state was kept good and the recovery effect was obvious.
