In recent years,With the advent of the age of picture reading,Picture books are more and more widely used in all subjects.So,The textbook Morality and Rule of Law in primary schools is introduced in the form of secondary textbooks to supplement the content of the main edition,Commonly known as "picture book of minor edition".As an important part of teaching materials,the picture books of the secondary edition,it contains great moral value,using a good copy of the drawing instinct to better serve the children's moral and legal concept of cultivation.But,through questionnaires and interviews,in primary school "morality and rule of law" teaching,many teachers have some problems with the use of the secondary picture book of Morality and rule of Law in primary schools,the occurrence of these problems seriously violates the compiling intention of the textbook,it also obviously weakens the moral education value of the secondary picture books.In the long run,this will not only fail to fully implement the objectives of the curriculum,but also lead to a growing aversion to "morality and the rule of law" lessons.So,This paper tries to analyze the main problems and reasons existing in the use of the secondary picture book of Morality and rule of law in primary schools,and put forward the relative improvement strategy.The so-called secondary picture book of morality and rule of law in primary schools refers to the secondary textbook in the first and second grade of primary schools,it's a general framework based on picture books,a teaching material column that integrates moral and rule of law knowledge into pictures and texts so that they can be used as teaching aids to achieve corresponding teaching objectives.As a new teaching column,the secondary picture book of Morality and rule of law in primary school has the distinct characteristics of narration,childlike interest and guidance.It can deepen students' moral cognition,cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law,improve students' independent inquiry ability.So,we should make good use of it.However,through empirical research,it is found that the use of the secondary picture book of Morality and rule of law in primary schools is not ideal.Take Wuhan as an example,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the teachers of relevant typical schools and interviews were conducted among some students,combined with the analysis of the existing research results,it is found that there are four main problems in the use of the secondary picture book of Morality and rule of Law in primary schools: Low utilization rate,Use vague objectives,The methods used are traditional,Improper evaluation of use.Investigate its reason,the main reason is that the education department is not enough to train the secondary picture book?schools do not pay enough attention to this course ? some teachers of "morality and rule of law" have low professional quality?there are limitations in the copied picture books of Morality and rule of law in primary schools.So,This paper puts forward the following suggestions : First,the education department actively organized training activities for the secondary picture book of Morality and rule of Law in primary schools,it includes the comprehensive organization of expert interpretation training of the design intention of the subprint picture books and the active organization of front-line teacher training of the teaching methods of the subprint picture books.Second,the school starts from two aspects: training and strengthening the faculty of "morality and rule of law" course and increasing the financial support for the development and utilization of the course resources in primary schools,strengthen the importance of the course in primary schools.Thirdly,the teachers consciously improve their professional qualities from three aspects: accurately positioning the value of the secondary picture books,innovating the teaching methods of the secondary picture books,and transforming the evaluation method based on students.Fourthly,actively improve the secondary picture book of Morality and Rule of Law in primary schools from the two aspects of developing and expanding the secondary picture book resources and improving the supporting resources.
