In 2010,the Ministry of education formulated the outline of medium and long term education reform and development plan(2011-2020),which included "education informatization" in the "national informatization development strategy" for the first time.In 2014,the effective mechanism of expanding the coverage of educational resources by means of informatization clearly requires the extensive application of modern information technology in the field of education and further sharing the advantages Quality resources,promote education equity,improve the information technology literacy of teachers and students.In the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school,based on the concept and characteristics of the new curriculum,this paper discusses the problems existing in the development of information resources of morality and rule of law in junior high school,carries out interview and questionnaire survey activities with front-line teachers and students,designs and develops teaching resources,discusses the development process and teaching process of information-based teaching resources,and discusses the information-based teaching methods After the comparative analysis of the current situation of education and classroom observation before and after,information-based teaching helps to create a good classroom atmosphere,improve learning efficiency and improve learning performance.Suggestions are put forward according to the three links of information-based teaching before,during and after class.Therefore,animation and real case-based information teaching resources are designed.This kind of information-based teaching resources take students as the core body,and use a large number of situational case videos and interesting animation videos.Such course resources are interesting and vivid,and are easier to stimulate students' desire for knowledge exploration.As an important form of teaching resources,it has been widely recognized by educators.In the application of information learning form of moral and legal course in junior high school,the design and development of information-based teaching resources and teaching work are of great significance for improving classroom efficiency,deepening the content of teaching materials,implementing the requirements of curriculum standards and promoting educational innovation.
