Early childhood education in China has been incorporated into the national education system to carry out scientific planning,which has made it clear that preschool education is of great significance to children’s physical and mental health,habit formation and intellectual development.Therefore,whether the children in the age range can receive better education has become the focus of attention of parents.After a survey by an authoritative organization,it is found that the educational consumption of infants in our country is developed by China’s economy every year.The scale is very large,there are hundreds of billions of children,and the lower threshold of investment to infant education in our policy,and the welfare support for tax reduction and tax reduction,so that the early education institutions will be quick.The development is all over the country.The research object of this paper is to study the training organization of the eloquence.In the study of the marketing strategy of its organization,literature research,theory and case study are used.In the course of the study,first of all,through the analysis of the economic environment of the organization,after understanding its cultural environment,economic technology and market politics,then the investigation of its own situation and ability,and finally through the writing and issuing of consumer questionnaire to investigate,after collecting and sorting all the information.On the basis of STP strategy theory,we locate the learning and eloquence training institutions.The final result is: the customer group of this organization is the middle and high end customer,and can provide the intelligent,international,and high quality parents,eloquence and other training education for their children.After clarifying the positioning,in order to increase the number of consumers and the reputation mechanism,put forward the following ways: to provide customers with high quality products in order to establish early,customer relationship;using the "Internet plus" marketing channels,the use of WeChat and other innovative modes increase with customers in close contact;Third,improve the service quality of the organization and the additional attributes of the early education products;fourth,innovate and improve the marketing methods of the early education institutions.The purpose of this study is to make the training of eloquence based on a more complex and competitive market at the present stage,and to make it more rapid by drawing up a more scientific marketing strategy.In addition,the various marketing strategies and implementation methods proposed in this paper are also suitable for all kinds of early education institutions in a similar development stage,which can provide reference for them.
