In recent years,under the call of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",more and more people are engaged in the entrepreneurship boom.Coupled with the increasing emphasis on knowledge and professional skills by young people,the number of enterprises engaged in training keeps increasing.The competition degree of the industry is imaginable.It is an important proposition in the current era to explore how to make a newly established enterprise with training as its core business survive and grow in the fierce market competition.The research object of this paper is GS company,an education and training enterprise at the initial stage of entrepreneurship.In the development process of GS company,due to the relative lack of marketing,the company’s profit growth has encountered a bottleneck,and it is in urgent need to redesign a perfect marketing strategy.Taking GS as the research object,this paper is dedicated to helping GS company improve its marketing strategy and trying to break through the development bottleneck of start-ups.This paper first of all to GS company’s infrastructure,human resources and business situation,and the status of its marketing were sorted out,and then further find out the existing problems in marketing.Then PEST analysis is used to analyze the company’s political environment,economic environment,social environment,technical environment and other macro environment;Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the industry environment of GS company.At the same time,the customer situation was analyzed in detail,so as to fully grasp the GS company’s marketing environment.Finally,based on the STP theory,it helps GS company find accurate market positioning in terms of marketing strategy through market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning.Based on the 7Ps theory,the author gives Suggestions on marketing strategies from seven aspects,including product,price,channel,promotion,human resources,marketing process and tangible display.At the same time for the implementation of these marketing strategies,from the system security,talent security,financial security and other aspects of the specific measures.The main innovation of this paper is that it can deeply understand and analyze an enterprise at the initial stage of entrepreneurship,and put forward a reasonable marketing strategy for the enterprise in the case of insufficient capital,lack of talents and incomplete system,and provide reference for other start-ups in terms of marketing strategy. |
