Flip the classroom is to strengthen the interactions between students and teachers,increase students individualized learning time of a new "blended learning mode". Flip the classroom gives students more freedom, in rebuilding the relationship between teachers and students at the same time, also contributed to the effective utilization of teaching resources. Based on this background, the author with the examples of Nanjing normal university college of north turn public sports classroom teaching in colleges and universities study, aims to prove, flip the classroom to stimulate student interest, improve the test scores and improve teachers' job satisfaction have promote role.Research mainly USES the literature material method, case analysis, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistics. First to the development of college PE flip classroom background, significance,core concepts,theoretical foundation and related research status at home and abroad to review and summarize a brief;Followed by the analysis of implementation of public physical education in common colleges and universities to flip the necessity and feasibility of the classroom. After flipping through case analysis summarizes the classroom implementation experience, and the north of Nanjing normal university college as experimental object, and through 14 weeks experimental analysis that in comparative classes and experimental classes of teaching physical education learning interest, skill level and physical level to confirm the implementation of public physical education in colleges and universities to flip the classroom effect; Finally proposed the implementation of public physical education in colleges and universities to flip the advantage of the classroom, are faced with the problem,and gives the related suggestion. Study the following conclusions: 1,through the integration of information technology and education, the need of education development in our country, and analyses the challenge for the traditional sports teaching three aspects,think it is necessary to turn the implementation of public physical education in colleges and universities classroom very; 2 turn, implementation of public physical education in common colleges and universities sports class conforms to the development characteristics of college students, and university training of independent thinking and problem-solving ideas of education and has the support of new technology, therefore, to implement reverse feasible; 14 weeks 3, through the teaching experiment,the experimental class students learning interest than that in comparative classes significantly improve, improve sports skills, flip class compared with the traditional classroom show better teaching effect. 4, the implementation of public physical education in colleges and universities to flip the advantage of class: meet the needs of personalized learning, breaking the learning time and space constraints, ensure the underachiever to keep up with teaching progress and realize a more reasonable class arrangement. 5, and in turn public P.E. teaching in colleges and universities there is lack of students' autonomous learning ability, lack of teachers and students after class reflection and teachers' ability and quality needs to be further improved.6, will turn the classroom into the public physical education in colleges and universities should pay attention to cultivate the students' interest in self-study and teach them methods of self-study, after-school timely follow up and urge students to complete reflection after class, the use of existing resources around improve teachers' ability and quality.
