| With the rapid development of organization training in our country,training needs analysis(abbr.TNA)becomes more and more important.as the first step of training,the study of TNA and its methods has been the focus.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of the general TNA methods,points out their common deficiency,and then introduce the Competency Model-Based TNA;secondly,the thesis brings forward the practice scheme of Competency Model-Based TNA;finally,with the practice scheme of Competency Model-Based TNA,the author reconstructs two sample TNA flows in the corporation where the author is an intern.,basically verifies the feasibility of the practice scheme of Competency Model-Based TNA.This method provides a practice frame for TNA and instructional needs analysis,and will greatly improve the efficiency of the TNA... |
