At the end of the 20 th century,in order to meet the education demand of the new century,the organization of economic cooperation and development initiated the research of "key competences" from the perspective of social vision and personal life needs of the 21 st century.That study selects "key competences" from three aspects of tools,society and self,so that its "key competences" has interdisciplinary characteristics.Subsequently,the European Union developed the theoretical framework of "key competencies" for all the national proposals.In that framework,interdisciplinary "key competencies" include learning ability,civil society and entrepreneurship;the discipline's "key competencies" includes native language,foreign languages and mathematics,and so on.Therefore,the "key competencies" is closely related to the course teaching and has generated a great response in the education field.For example,the United States,Japan,Singapore and other countries have carried out "key competencies" research."key competencies" has become the common pursuit of education reform and curriculum reform.In March 2014,Chinese ministry of education issued a document entitled "Opinions on comprehensively advancing reform and strengthening moral education".In the document,the study of the "key competencies" theoretical system suitable for Chinese students is regarded as the key task of the curriculum reform,and it is required to be implemented in all disciplines,each learning section.In December of the same year,the standard revision of general high school curriculum was officially launched,aiming to develop the "key competencies" of each discipline."Key competencies on discipline" is the embodiment of "key competencies",the embodiment of subject value and the goal of subject curriculum reform.At present,the curriculum standards for all subjects in ordinary high schools(2017 edition)have been published,and the theoretical system of "key competencies" in all disciplines of high school is gradually maturing.Basic education is essential for the whole education business,and the " key competencies on discipline " of basic education is still in the process of research.Based on the analysis of the theory of "key competencies" and "key competencies on discipline",Language course standards at Compulsory education,the law of physical and mental development of pupils,students' learning characteristics,international related research experience and " key competencies of Chinese language " theoretical framework for high school,we have constructed a theoretical system of elementary school students' "key competencies of Chinese language".The system includes four dimensions: language accumulation,meaning construction,emotional experience and thinking development.To be specific,that includes 12 indicators: memorization;comprehension;application;access to information;subject construction;integrated interpretation;the emotional experience of people,things and scenery;deep thinking;critical innovation and verbal expression.After that,we compiled test papers and carried out the survey about "key competencies of Chinese language" for fifth-grade students in C city,Jilin province.Then,we used SPSS software to analyze the survey results,and summarized the advantages and deficiencies according that and put forward Suggestions to improve the Chinese language teaching in primary schools.Finally,this study made a comprehensive and profound reflection,involving the theory construction,research methods,tools,results analysis,etc.,and put forward reasonable prospect of basic education curriculum reform.
