Study On Quality Assurance And Promotion Path Of Out Of School Training For Sports Entrance Examination In Changchun

For the first time in 2016,the entrance examination of physical education in Changchun has attracted the attention of parents.Many students attend off-campus training to improve their performance.However,the lack of supervision on the quality of off-campus training makes the current situation of training quality worrisome.This research mainly uses the literature material method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the field investigation method,the mathematical statistics method and so on,comprehensively and objectively understands Changchun city outside the school training quality guarantee present situation,This paper analyzes objectively the quality guarantee of extracurricular training in Changchun,and establishes the ways and countermeasures to promote the guarantee of training in physical examination outside school in Changchun.The study found that:Firstly,in order to improve the outside training guarantee of Changchun physical Education examination,we must strictly follow the basic connotation of TQM theory and ISO9000 quality management standard theory in order to construct the quality assurance system.Secondly,in order to improve the quality,the quality guarantee should follow the market principle,the principle of free competition,the principle of standard access,the principle of right guarantee and the principle of tripartite cooperation.Thirdly,in order to ensure the quality of extracurricular training in Changchun City,it is necessary to establish a quality guarantee mechanism of "market orientation,internal and external cooperation and tripartite cooperation".Fourthly,the quality of extracurricular training for physical education examination in Changchun should be strictly standardized,supervision and punishment mechanism should be established,teachers should be professionalized,coaches should be standardized,system,stadiums and facilities should be established and cooperation with institutions should be established.Innovating training mode and marketing channel,ensuring support system,withdrawing mechanism system,third party supervising system,entrusting professional organization to publish professional textbook to improve scientific path strategy.
