The Research Of Summer Social Practice Project Management Of M College

As important parts of social practice,summer social activities play an essential role in talent training in colleges and university.With the continuous development of the society,summer social activities of M College face more challenges and problems thanbefore.As an advanced concept and means of modern management,project mana gement can replace some of the outdated ideas in summer social activities of M College.The quality of summer social activities can be highly improved if project management can be well applied.In order to make it in education and talent cultivation in colleges play a greater effectiveness,M College applies the theory and practice of project management into summer social activities,so that a new method of summer social activities for the updated social needs can be found.This paper describes the definition of the project in detail,then analyzes the general process model of project management,including the project start,project planning,project implementation,project control and project closeout,then taking M college summer social practice project management as the research object,describes the existing problems and challenges of M college summer social practice in detail,and analyzes the feasibility of the implementation of project management,set up at M college summer social practice management model,including project initiation and planning stage,project implementation and control stage and final stage of the project,the completion of the implementation of M college summer social practice project management.It is important to introduce the theory of project management in summer social practice management of M college to improve management efficiency and promote healthy and orderly development of summer social practice.
