In the past of three decades,China’s social work has experienced great changes and development,it not only influenced by the postmodern background,but also with China’s unique traditional culture and political ideology has an important relationship.With the deepening of the urbanization development and government reform,the government will be more and more social services palm of social work,the government purchase form of social organization service,government venture philanthropy,let professional social organization in a professional way and methods to solve social problems,to better meet the rapid modern development diversified demands of the people.Especially in recent 10 years,social organizations,non-profit social organizations have sprung up booming rise,and gradually showed a trend of "new project",i.e.,according to the social work institutions as the main body,social projects as the main means to carry out social services.From China social work professional architecture and theory system,the "project" not only represents the future development direction of social work,also carrying the decomposition of social work professionalism and long existing in hope of debate between managerial ism,the professionalization and specialization development of social organizations has an important meaning,and the associated with the project management in the application of social work practice are also arises at the historic moment.The relevant Management theory,in this paper,are guided by the foundamental principles of the project management,in order to house community autonomy in the project implementation of project management in the generation and use as the research object,from the kernel extensions and extension of social work in the project analysis,explores the project management professional social work values and path selection,in the process of promoting social work professionalization constantly pay attention to professional promotion.Full text is divided into six parts,the first part elaborates the research background,research purpose and significance of the project,clarify problem consciousness,the research goal of this article;The second part through the literature review,the existing research conducted on the basis of summarizing;The third part of defining the related concepts and the research theory,clear thinking;The fourth part discusses the selection of the research object and related data collection and analysis;The fifth part on the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of project management in social work practice,on the basis of this generation house using the process of project management,lack of found and discussed;The sixth part of the summary of full text research and project management application in social work practice.
