| With the rapid development of the country’s economy and the transformation of major social conflicts,there is an increasing demand for skilled personnel from all walks of life.The state has paid more attention to skilled personnel.How to cultivate high-qualified skilled personnel has become an important issue and an important problem facing vocational education.The concept of education in secondary vocational schools and education methods and means are relatively backward.Affected by the traditional “score-only” values,secondary vocational students who have experienced the failure of the middle school entrance examination has some psychological trauma and most of them have not been given the attention and concern of families,schools,and society.Such groups are accused of having no hope of a future.Faced with many pressures and challenges such as life,academics,emotions,and employment,some of the students in the secondary school showed low self-esteem,confusion,helplessness,and negative avoidance.How to guide the secondary vocational students to correctly face the difficulties and setbacks in life,establish a self-confidence,self-confidence,healthy and upward mentality,help secondary vocational students to grow into adult talents,and successfully realize the transition from "school people" to "professional people" ? It is particularly important for secondary vocational students to pay more attention and care to enhance the ability of secondary vocational students to resist setbacks and solve problems.At present,resilience has become a research hotspot for people from all walks of life to help disadvantaged groups and research results are abundant.Research on the resilience of secondary vocational students from the background of social work disciplines is relatively weak.In this paper,the writer drew on the experience and achievements of social work interventions in resilience,selected S Technical College as the research object to assess and analyze the status of the resilience of secondary vocational students and the needs of secondary vocational students through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews.it was concluded that the level of resilience of secondary vocational students was at a medium level.they need different levels of help and support in raising self-confidence,emotional management,family emotional support,interpersonal assistance,and goal management.This paper is guided by the advantages of perspective theory and social learning theory,emphasizing the combination of individual,individual and environmental interaction,and micro and macro.From the micro level,the main methods of the social work team are to assist individual timely counseling methods to practice and evaluate the resilience of individuals in the secondary vocational school.From the macro level,the practical exploration of the campus culture in which secondary vocational students live is conducted.Experience has shown that the practice of social work from the point of view of both vocational students and the campus environment can effectively improve the resilience of secondary vocational students and enhance their social adaptability.This paper proposes the conclusions as follows,The level of resilience of secondary vocational students can be improved through acquired training;the social work practice of “combination of points and faces” can effectively improve the resilience of secondary vocational students;parents,class teachers,and social workers Benign interaction can promote the improvement of students’ resilience..The suggestions on the promotion of the resilience of secondary vocational students as follows,the establishment of a home-school-society complete support system to enhance external support;integrated cross-disciplinary advantages,integration different service methods;regular follow-up tracking and service to promote the lasting effect of the service. |
