| Teacher Education Curriculum is not only the soul and characteristic of normal college, but also the important insurance to improve the professional level of vocational teachers. The reform and development of teacher education curriculum in vocational and technical teachers colleges is posing a realistic and urgent problem. Therefore, doing research about the current situation and the existing problems has a certain practical significance to promote curriculum.Therefore, the writer found out the breakthrough point of this study on the basis of literature review:exploring educational courses setting in vocational and technical teachers colleges from the micro level. First of all, expounding the theoretical basis, namely, educational concepts, the connotation of specialization of teacher’s. Secondly, it compares the curriculum plans of10vocational and technical teachers’colleges (three comprehensive universities, three normal universities, four independent vocational and technical teachers’ colleges), analyzes the characteristics of educational courses, point out the problems: theoretical courses too much, and the lack of skill courses, practice time shortly, elective courses less. Thirdly, base the XX secondary backbone teacher training as the center to investigate115in-service teachers’teaching ability, and the demand and evaluation education classes. By means of three research methods:the research of document, questionnaire and comparative study. Fourthly, compare the educational courses of Germany, America, Japan and Taiwan, and expound the characteristics of educational courses. Finally, proposes some measures to reform educational courses, based on theory, reality basis and international comparison. |
