The purpose of Research:To assess the influences of functional training of body movements on male Taekwondo athletes' horizontal kick skill;to provide the reference for Taekwondo athletes' special physical training.Research Methods:After 10 male athletes received functional training for 12 weeks in Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province,I tested their changes in indicator of horizontal kick skill,FMS,and index of physical strength and then compared them with the indicators of 10 equal athletes without training to observe and analyze the effects of 12-week functional training.After undergoing 12-week functional training.The results of the experiment are as follows:The scores of straddle squat,initiative leg lifting and spine stability are increased and the differences are statistically significant(p<0.05);The scores of hurdle stride,deep squat,shoulder joint mobility and body rotation stability are all increased and its changes is significantly different(p<0.01).Compared with the control group,the scores of hurdle stride,deep squat,shoulder jointmobility,body rotation stability and spine stability are all increased in the Functional Movement Screening and there are obvious differences after the intervention by experiment,(p<0.01);the score of straddle squat is also improved and the change is also significantly different(p<0.05);After 12-week functional training,the test group's maximum strength of deep squat,capacities of left single leg standing with eyes closed,20-seconds knee lifting and etc.are all superior to those who are in the control group in the physical fitness test and the differences are very significant(p <0.01);Additionally,their capacities of right single leg standing with eyes closed,long jump,cross split,left single leg vertical jump and right single leg vertical jump are also superior to the control group and the differences are significant(p <0.05).Besides,there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group in the test index of the horizontal kick before the experiment(p> 0.05).However,after the experiment,the test group' index of the horizontal kick has significantly changed compared with the control group(p<0.01).In the experimental group and the control group,the single leg vertical jump was better than the left side before the experiment,and there was a significant difference(p<0.05).The single leg was closed with eyes closed,and the left side was superior to the right side before the experiment.There was a very significant difference(p<0.01).After 12 weeks of physical activity training,their differences were not statistically significant(p>0.05).After using traditional fitness training,the right leg of a single leg was more dominant than the left side(p<0.01).One leg closed with eyes closed.The left side has more advantages than the right side(p<0.01);the right side of the left and right legs of the experimental group is superior to the left side before the experiment,and has a very significant difference(p<0.01).The left and right legs of the control group are right side of the technique.On the left side(p<0.05),after 12 weeks of traditional physical training,the right side of the left and right legs was superior to the left side,with a very significant difference(p<0.01).After 12 weeks of physical activity training,The difference in lateral techniques was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:After 12-week functional training of body movements,Zhao Qing Male Taekwondo athletes' horizontal kick skill has been significantly improved.After 12-weeks systematic sports functional training,Zhao Qing Male Taekwondo athletes' flexibility and stability of all joints has been re-shaped,problems such as muscular imbalance and limited joint motion are resolved?and their scores of functional motion screening have changed significantly.This research indicates that when making the Taekwondo physical training plan,the weak link of the body,muscle imbalance,restriction of joint movement and other problems revealed in Functional Movement Screening(FMS)should be firstly considered in order to work out relevant correction training plan.After restoring the normal flexibility and stability of the athletes' joints,they will carry on the strength training in movement mode and finally develop and combine sports capacity training with skills and tactics.
