3 to 3 attack-defense practice,4 to 4 attack-defense practice,to practice 5 on 5attack-defense small ground training method is commonly used in football training training methods,different ways of small ground training method of aerobic metabolism,energy metabolism and load intensity are different.At present domestic about small ground training method of aerobic metabolism,energy metabolism and the intensity of load study is less,this article USES the literature material method,experimental method,video analysis,mathematical statistics,the women's soccer team in guangzhou institute of physical education 10 high level athletes as test object,the object of study for small space attack-defense confrontation training method of index of energy metabolism.GPEXE system,was used to design the attack-defense exercise load monitoring and analysis of relevant data,to analyze session,on average,the similarities and differences between sports load and high intensity exercise load,get the following conclusion:(1)this experimental data is measured at a specific time and place,reflecting the physical function of the tested person.Anaerobic energy index,according to the total energy and equivalent distance index analysis of three small space attack-defense confrontation training method are consistent with heart rate analysis,3 to 3 and 4 to 4attack-defense attack-defense training method are aerobic high intensity exercise,to the 5 attack-defense practice training method belongs to the aerobic strength in practice.(2)three small space attack-defense confrontation training method more than individual anaerobic threshold high strength events from high intensity exercise load time and recovery time than the average power and restore power,high strength events than analysis,4 to 4 offensive and defensive and 3 to 3 attack-defense confrontation training method are aerobic high intensity exercise,to the 5attack-defense belongs to the aerobic exercise training methods of strength training.(3)metabolism as the instantaneous energy consumption and instantaneous power and the speed of change,so the venue size,participation and intermittent time between group events in high intensity exercise load has a great influence,three small space attack-defense confrontation training method more than individual anaerobic threshold high strength is 4 to 4 attack-defense event the most times practice,followed by 3 to 3 attack-defense practice,at least 5 on 5 attack-defense practice;Themaximum number of consecutive high-intensity events is 4 against 4 attack and defense exercises,and the least is 5 to 5.
