The Study On The Construction Of Teaching And Research Teams In Rural Primary Schools

The teaching and research teams which are the lifeline of school development are the grassroots organization of teaching and research in schools.And the school must value the constructions of teaching and research teams.However,in the process of the specific operation of the school,various problems arise in the construction of teaching and research teams.Due to the limitations of various conditions,the constructions of primary school of the teaching and research teams in rural areas have got development,although some problems arise at the same time.We must value the problems that arise and identify the ways to solve them to promote the development of primary school teaching and research teams in rural areas.The article which takes the construction of teaching and research team in the Y school as an example conducts a research.It investigated through questionnaires,analyzes the significance and value of Teaching and Research team building,identified problems in teaching and research team building,and put forward relevant countermeasures from different aspects against it.On this basis,from the part to entirety,we discussed the countermeasures of the construction of an efficient teaching and research team in rural primary schools,and provided some strategies for the development of teaching and research teams in the same type of schools.
