To improve the quality of education is the core of contemporary chinese higher education reform,it is the necessary way to develop the connotation of higher education in our country,and to cultivate the all-round development of creative talents is the most important of our higher education.With the rapid development of cheerleading in recent years,many colleges and universities in China have made the operation of cheerleading a part of the teaching of college P.E.courses.Cheerleading not only embodies the comprehensive ability of many aspects of human body,but also requires learners to have higher body coordination,musical sense and limb control ability.However,because different individuals have different degree differences in knowledge structure,reserve ability and personality psychological characteristics,with the deepening of teaching content,these characteristics tend to lead to the obvious polarization of some students ' learning skills,which leads to the decline of teaching effect and efficiency.Therefore,in the teaching process how to highlight the individual differences,pay attention to the all-round development of students is all teachers should think and pay attention to.The method of asynchronous teaching emphasizes that the teacher is only the guide of students ' study,students are the master of learning,students of individual learning is the basis of asynchronous teaching,through the use of all possible teaching conditions,the teacher's asynchronous guidance and the students to combine the asynchronous learning,fully reflect the individuality of students,in the training of students ' scientific thinking ability,On the basis of self-study ability and innovation ability,it achieves the goal of large area,light burden and high efficiency to improve teaching quality.Therefore,it is necessary to apply the asynchronous teaching method in the teaching of cheerleading elective course,which accords with the requirements of the teaching of cheerleading course and the reform of college P.E.teaching.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and contrastive analysis,the 70 female students of the class 2016 of the p ublic sports in Yunnan Normal University are divided into the experimental classes and the control classes of 35.The contrastive teaching experiment of 16 weeks and 32 hours was conducted by using asynchronous teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively.The results show that:1.In the aspect of physical education learning attitude: The asynchronous teaching method has the significant difference with the control class in the continuous input,the curiosity,the initiative,the meaning cognition and the total score of the student's study attitude(p<0.05),has the superiority to the student learning attitude improvement asynchronous teaching method.2.The cooperation consciousness aspect: Both the asynchronous teaching method and the traditional teaching method have a good effect on the improvement of students ' cooperative consciousness,and there are significant differences in cooperative cognition,cooperative intention and two dimensions of cooperative consciousness and control class.3.Physical learning ability: whether using the traditional teaching method or the asynchronous teaching method,it can promote the students ' ability of self-awareness,and the asynchronous teaching method can improve the ability of students ' knowledge acquisition and application,self-awareness,self-control,the improvement of the ability of examination result and problem solving is more effective than the traditional teaching method,and the difference is not significant in the students' self activation ability and self-control ability.4.Cheerleading skills: Experimental classes of asynchronous teaching students have significant differences in the strength of the performance of the exercises,the level of physical coordination and proficiency in the complete set,and the level of self-confidence compared to the control classes.On the control of the technical action of the cheerleading and the synchronization of the expressive music,but it can be shown that the asynchronous teaching method is more effective in mastering the students' skills.
