This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to study the application effect of layered asynchronous teaching method in senior high school cheerleading teaching.It refers to the body shape,physical quality,basic quality of senior high school students in the application of layered asynchronous teaching method in Senior High School Cheerleading teaching The influence of learning psychological factors.The experiment randomly selected two classes of 2019 students from Zichuan middle school in Zibo City,Shandong Province as the teaching objects,a total of 104 students.Under the condition that there is no significant difference in all the factors of all the students tested before the experiment,the experiment lasted for 16 weeks.Through the implementation of stratified asynchronous teaching method in the experimental class and the implementation of traditional teaching method in the control class,the comparative experiment was carried out.At the end of the experiment,the data of students were tested by independent sample t test,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Body shape and physical quality: there is no significant difference in the body shape and physical quality of the students in the two teaching classes.The improvement of the students' body shape and physical quality is not a matter to be completed in a short time.Students should be allowed to form good exercise habits and exercise regularly to enhance their physique.2.Learning psychological factors: in the aspects of learning attitude,learning motivation,learning interest,etc.,there is a significant difference between the students who implement layered asynchronous teaching method and the control class(P < 0.05).Layered asynchronous teaching method has more advantages in improving students' learning attitude,learning motivation,learning interest and other aspects.3.Cheerleading skills: compared with the control class,the students of all levels in the experimental class have significant results in the test of Cheerleading skills,especially in the completion of difficult movements,rhythm sense and the overall completion of the whole set of movements,and the layered asynchronous teaching method is more effective for students to master Cheerleading skills.
