Guided by the implementation of school-based curriculum development , the author of this paper tries to put forward some suggestions and strategies to promote the efficiency in curriculum resources development in primary and junior schools, which based on analysing three cases of how primary and junior school teacher have taken actions in curriculum resources development among High School Attached to Capital Norman University , Beijing Fuxue Hutong Primary School, and Shijia Primary School. The whole paper falls into four parts:Introduction: The author gives a brief survey on the research background, literature review and research methodology of the paper.Chapter one: The author makes an extended descriptiones of how primary and junior school teacher have taken actions in curriculum resources development among High School Attached to Capital Norman University , Beijing Fuxue Hutong Primary School, and Shijia Primary School during the process of school-based curriculum development.Chapter two: The author makes an reflection on the current issures in curriculum resources dvelopment under the circumstances of school-based curriculum development, and all these done from four dimensions: the teacher's understanding about the conception of curriculum resources , the teachers' applied strategies to develop curriculum resources , the factors influenced teachers to develop curriculum resources, and the principal role of teachers to develop curriculum resources. Chapter three: Based on the notion that a successful curriculum resources dvelopment could be achieved by a collaborative work among the involved people in the school, the author puts forward some suggestions and strategies to promote the efficiency in curriculum resources development, such as curriculm policy and school administrative strategies supporting, ensuring that there being amount of time and cooprative cultures at school for teachers to develop curriculum resources, etc.
