In recent years,the focus of national educational information reform has shifted from the input of infrastructure to promoting the effective use of multimedia technology such as information technology in teaching.The ten years development program of education information(2011-2020 years)also refers to the urgency of promoting the deep integration of information technology and higher education.How to adapt to the environment in the wave of information teaching and improve the ability of information teaching has become a hot issue in Colleges and universities.This article is based on the "Guide to the Technical Ability of National University Teachers" and the theories of TPACK.Then the literature at home and abroad is arranged and discussed the connotation and theoretical basis of information teaching ability.Then through random sampling survey form,from the three dimensions of information teaching attitude,knowledge and skills,design and implementation,we investigate the information teaching ability of H university teachers.Secondly,the descriptive analysis,difference analysis and correlation analysis of the questionnaire data are carried out to summarize the current situation and trend of the development of H University Teachers' information teaching ability.Through in-depth investigation and analysis,I find that there are some problems such as lack of information teaching design and implementation ability,weak integration of information technology and curriculum,etc.There is a lack of incentive mechanism and a stable training mechanism at the school level,and the management is not in place.The ability of University.Therefore,from the perspective of teachers' internal motivation,role transformation and lifelong learning,the author gives the following suggestions from the perspective of school software environment,evaluation mechanism,training mode and institution establishment.Firstly,University teachers should actively understand the potential needs of information teaching in this field and explore the internal motivation of developing information teaching.Teachers should strengthen the consciousness of role transformation,become the instructors and collaborators of the students,the development creators of the resources and the "director" in the classroom.Teachers should set up a sense of lifelong learning and step by step to improve their skills according to their own characteristics and the background of the subject.Secondly,the construction of software environment such as digital teaching resources,network teaching platform and information teaching management system should be strengthened.It is necessary to adopt a flexible and diverse evaluation method and formulate a new teaching evaluation system that matches the teaching of information in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers.We should optimize the training model and carry out the training of pertinence,diversification and continuity.Learning from CIO and other management models,improving the management mechanism,with the help of teachers' development center and other specialized institutions,assisting teachers to carry out information teaching.
